PROGRAMS AT A GLANCE

WRAAA provides numerous services to older adults in a five-county region in northeast Ohio. During the COVID-19 pandemic, WRAAA successfully expanded its services to its customers. As a result, our team collectively helped our customers in some of the following ways:

• 26,814 Inquiries to the Aging and Disability Resource Center were responded to;
• 12,778 Individuals were assessed for Level of Care service determinations;
• 290,458 Congregate meals were served; and
• 1,040,759 Home-delivered meals were provided.
